R Kelly Charged With 11 Additional Felonies

Today we learned that The State of Illinois has brought up 11 additional felony charges against R. Kelly.

Charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (5 counts), aggravated sexual criminal assault (4 counts), and criminal sexual assault (2 counts) were filed by Cook County’s State Attorney earlier today.  Let us not forget Kellz is also facing 10 additional charges relating to sexual abuse.

These felony charges are very serious charges stemming from an incident with said victim/accuser “J.P.” back in 2010. Documents accuse Kelly of “committing an act of sexual penetration on said victim. Kellz is also accused of “forcing contact between his penis and said victim’s mouth. Said victim was under the age of 18 at time of incident. Three of Kelly’s charges are related to alleged victims between the ages of 13 and 16.

Kellz is already facing 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse in Cook County, these 11 make it 21 charges. The eleven charges filed today are said to be in the class of felonies just below murder.

There are  federal probes underway in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and an additional one in the Northern District of Illinois.

Testimony from Kelly’s alleged victims has been heard by a convened federal grand jury in regards to Kellz and his camp allegedly transported said victims across state lines for sex while being underage.
